You will need:
- 50g butter
- 50g flour
- 500ml Milk
What to do:
1. Milk may be first infused with
onion cloute. Allow to cool.
2.
Prepare a blond roux using the
butter and flour over medium heat.
3.
Gradually add the milk,
stirring continuously until boiling point is reached.
4.
Simmer for approximately for 5-10 minutes hour.
